Among the other celebrity runners were TV chef Gordon Ramsay, who completed the trek in three hours, 36 minutes, 'Lord of the Rings' actor Sean Astin - who crossed the finish line in five hours and 16 minutes - and 'The Hills' star Audrina Partridge, whose finishing time is currently unknown.

Last week we recorded a brand new TZ story called “Beewinjapeedee” written by JoBe Cerny, who often directs the TZ episodes. It stars Sean Astin as a documentary filmmaker who travels to the Everglades in search of his brother’s killer and encounters a legendary Indian Princess and shape-shifter with a ravenous appetite. Incredible actress Elizabeth Ledo plays the Indian Princess while Christopher Sullivan, Tyron Patton, Oksana Fedunyszyn and Roger Mueller round out the cast. Actor Sean Astin (of Lord of the Rings fame) was spotted leaving CNN’s studios. He was there to appear on Larry King to discuss and debate the hot topic of universal health care (he’s for it). And he brought along a very special date, his daughter Alexandra. And it looks like he perhaps he has some big plans for his thirteen-year-old girl…

Acting Academy Stella Adler-Los Angeles Forms Professional Theater Company.

Famed acting school Stella Adler-Los Angeles has announced the formation of a new professional theatre company, the Stella Adler Los Angeles Theatre Collective, which will comprise academy alumni.

"The Collective is the fruition of the training," said Collective artistic director and academy executive director John Jack Rodgers in a press release. "Together we hope to bring theatre to life in the heart of Hollywood by working on plays of importance through actors, writers and directors who value, honor and continue the lineage that reaches to the next generation of actors currently studying at Stella Adler Los Angeles."

Stella Adler Los Angeles Theatre Collective members include Charlene Amoia, Sean Astin, Clifton Collins, Jr., Carly Craig, Benicio Del Toro, Milton Justice, Laura Leyva, Timothy McNeil, Jim Parrack, Rick Peters, John Jack Rodgers, Mark Ruffalo, Holland Taylor, Gary Ross, Christopher Thronton, Hillary Weaver and Matthew Weaver. Stella Adler-Los Angeles executive director John Jack Rodgers will serve as the Collective's artistic director.

We at SANET know that Sean studied with Stella Adler early in his career. We applaud this new project and hope to see news of Sean starring in one of their productions SOON!!!
